News Story Last Night

Hello Everyone:

I'm new. My son is on the spectrum but the doctors still haven't decided what his diagnosis is. A friend called this morning and said there was some news show like 20/20 or something on last night that had a review of a treatment center in Illinois. Did anyone happen to catch the broadcast? I don't know what network it was on, I tried the 3 biggies but to no avail. Perhaps I'm just a poor searcher. Any info would be helpful.

I believe what you are looking for is the Pfeiffer Treatment Center and the interview with Bill Walsh was very informative and enlightening. If I understood correctly, there is a very high statistical correlation in their findings of a metabolic dysfunction involving a protein that regulates metal metabolism in persons with autism. Thanks for the information! I appreciated the link as well. I didn't have access to the computer yesterday, and lo and behold my answers came in droves from a number of sources. I will be sure to let the group know results if I go with this treatment for Rudy.
