I am looking for someone who has a knowledge of St. Louis regional center. I am in a battle to try to retain services for my dauhgter with AS. I was supposed to have an administrative hearing in October, but I recieved a letter saying it had been cancelled and My daughters services terminated. I am at my wits end. I need some help. She's only 4 years old and I am afraid if they cut her services she will slip through the cracks. If anyone can help me, please let me know.

Hello.

I'm currently working on getting services for my 2 year old. I was told that once they turn three- the Public School System takes over. I don't know if that's just in CA. So, if you haven't called your public school yet, maybe that's another avenue? I also got my private insurance to cover his speech therapy under "rehabilitation"- for at least for six months too. After that, they will evaluate him again to see if they should continue coverage.

I wish I could offer you more but hope this helps a little.

I wish you the best.

What reason did the center give you for ending your services?
