Christmas Race

Gabrielle's LA Teacher loaned us any activity play gym thing for her little sister. It looks like a car and Gabi jumped on the idea and got her imaginary race car/laundry basket and had a knock-down drag race, with running commentary of the race. It was a hoot!!

It was a close race. Many times one or the other were in the lead, and there were some dangerous moments -Gabrielle's car tipped over after a nasty bump from her sister, she recovered - but in the end youth won out over wisdom ;) Gabrielle was good enough to let her little sister be the winner. I think there is a re-match in the works.

My daughter loves the laundry basket thing too. Even my little 2 year old. It's hard to fold laundry when they are around because they steal the baskets.

Great picture. I love candid moments like that.
