Could someone please give me some input on the gf-cf diet? We are trying it with our son - but it is so hard and expensive. If there is someone that is doing this diet......Have you noticed any difference? and how long did it take before you noticed? Thanks Christine

GFCF diet is not expensive.

If your child has food sensitivities, intolerances or/and allergies (99.9% that it is true) - you will see dramatical changes.

GFCF diet is just a starting point for recovery. See more at

Hello :) I am just getting ready to start this with my daughter and have ordered many books including cookbooks - would love to share some recipes if you would like. We are at the very beginning and I am still in the "reading" stage - I have a lot of info :)

My son is only CF, but there is definately a difference without casein. He also takes enzymes, so if he gets some casein accidently it isn't as bad.
