Information on dreams

My name is Geneva and I have a 19 year old Autistic son name Jaremy and he has been having horrible nightmares and i can't get him to sleep, does anyone have any suggestion on how to take care of this. Jaremy is not on any medication can't find any that will work, he is able to take care of himself to a certain point. I live In Southern Oklahoma which there is not alot here for Jaremy. I'm lost on what to do any info would help.

my sister had whats callied night terrors which are really bad. have him keep a note pad and righ tthe dreams down he may be able to understand them more , and how is his stress these days. any thing buggying him. what type of autism does he have. that may be why I'll look into to it how my family helpied my sister tell his doctor he can help you some . get a brain wave test done for reading on the brain during the dreams or what i think is callied asleeping test. hope that helps. nicole
