I just received word from Sourcebooks in Chicago, my publisher, that
I have a week's extension on my manuscript deadline for Autism and
the God Connection. Time is of the essence, and if you would like to
share anecdotes to be considered for inclusion in my book, please contact me as soon as possible but no later than June 16.
The entire editorial staff at Sourcebooks is extremely excited about
this project, and we are in the process of soliciting advance review
quotes from high-profile professionals and celebrities with ties to
autism (if you have any personal contacts, please let me know that
too!). Folks who have reviewed it thus far include Riding the Bus
with my Sister author Rachel Simon, and The Autism Perspective
magazine publisher Nicki Fischer; the feedback I've received has been
superlative. It is the most significant thing I've ever done, and
the response I've been getting thus far has indicated the potential
for this to be an important book. I hope many in the autism
community will agree and rally around me.
For further information, please see my Web site
(www.williamstillman.com) or contact me privately.
Best,
Bill
