I just joined here, so Big Hello to everyone :D . Our family had our first IEP meeting for our son last week. Needless to say, it wasn't at all what I had hoped for. Early Intervention was so developementaly based and this program does not seem to fit his needs at all. We are meeting with the director next friday to make our second observations and to try to convince her to negotiate before we end up in mediation. Any suggestions?
