Yes all of these disorders fall into a frontal brain disorder.
The frontal brain contains all of the symptoms the majority of kids today are being treated for. These include:
Orbitofrontal syndrome (disinhibited)

Disinhibited, impulsive behavior (pseudopsychopathic)
Inappropriate jocular affect, euphoria
Emotional lability
Poor judgment and insight
Distractibility

Frontal convexity syndrome (apathetic)

Apathy (occasional brief angry or aggressive outbursts common)
Indifference
Psychomotor retardation
Motor perseveration and impersistence
Loss of self
Stimulus-bound behavior
Discrepant motor and verbal behavior
Motor programming deficits

Three-step hand sequence
Alternating programs
Reciprocal programs
Rhythm tapping
Multiple loops

Poor word list generation
Poor abstraction and categorization
Segmented approach to visuospatial

Medial frontal syndrome (akinetic)

Paucity of spontaneous movement and gesture
Sparse verbal output (repetition may be preserved)
Lower extremity weakness and loss of sensation
Incontinence

Emotion, communication, abstract, social, and motor functions are centered here.

The Mayo Clinic found these results.

And yes even the amount of violence and bulling can be linked back to this area.

From learning disabilities to Autism including Tourette's syndrome and emotional problems that Nationwide and in California made up over one half the population residing in America today, the case study refered to was also older than 2005, how many more are there?

The agenda isn't mine alone, it is also that of many doctors and research centers world wide who are starting to recognize the link between the two. The frontal brain and the drastic rise in all of these conditions across the board in every aspect of it's use to human beings.

Apparently you didn't read my earlier explanation of your misinterpretation of statistics:

There is not over 50% of the growing population with all these (as you wish to repeatedly call them) "frontal brain disorders" (maybe if I find the time available to waste on a moot point I'll do the cross referencing) Nationwide and in California!

You obviously need to go and take a remedial reading comprehension course, along with math courses to match, or you need to keep from using all those natural remedies you would propose everyone should be on, because you're verly clearly (to everyone else) jumping to confusions, and you are also being incredibly offensive in the process!

You yourself clearly are one of those with a "frontal brain disorder" because you're delusional. Go get yourself the appropriate psychiatric treatment, and stop badgering everyone else with your garbage statistics. If the percentage of the population you repeatedly foolishly insist are as screwed in the head as you believe they are, you wouldn't be able to safely walk on any streets in the country!
