Today I put the finishing touches on a new modification to the board. Primarily it is a "Links" page. In the spirit of the site, I do hope many users would include and share some of their links they find useful. Some of our users even have their own site which I great welcome you to add to the system here.
The link is in the main Navigation Bar at the top of the site. Or you may click on this link to access it: http://autismtalk.net/local_links.php
To add a link you simple browse to a catergory. There is a menu bar that should have an add link button. Clicking on this add link button will bring up a page to add details. Fill it in and submit... and that is basically it. You will be able to edit links you submit, so if you don't get things right... or want to change them down the road, you can do so.
At the time of this writing there are two Categories, User Websites and General. As we get more links I will define more categories to organize it better. Please let me know if you encounter any bugs of peculiarities.
The system also has the ability to serve as a file download area in addition to a links management system. I think it is a useful feature that may come into play given the right content. If anyone has some sort of media they feel would make a useful download, please contact me.

Next project(I think) will be working on getting a chat function back on the site.
