SENDIST Tribunal

I received the final information about my son’s SENDIST appeal tribunal today location etc.

So it is a matter of weeks now and I am getting worried.

I have read a SENDIST annual report. I notice a reasonable amount of cases are dismissed, so now I am worried how many people have been unsuccessful at appeal?

We have gone to appeal to get the LEA to make an assessment.
