My son is five years old. He is due to start Kindergarten next year. Currently he is being homeschooled on a Kindergarten curriculam. He has ADD and Aspergers. I have had ever intention to homeschool him. Most of this dicision was based on my experience with Public School. However, I went through public school undiagnosed and do not know if this would make a positive differance. I would love to hear everyone's opinions on this matter.

And. . . if you do homeschool what curriculam to you use. One of my reluctance to homeschool next year is a lack of options for good comupter based curriculams. The workbooks we are currently using are extremely frustrating to him.

Thanks!
Mindy

Hi Mindy,

My son has just turned six, he has Aspegers and Attention Defiency and is now Home Educated.

He did start off in school, but it was not for him. He has noe been Home Educated for just over a month. We do not use a curriculum, but we do use the Computor and the internet alot. Try looking at some of the UK sites such as www.bbc.co.uk/jam great site for kids of all ages, National Geographic is a great site too.

A good book to read is "Choosing Home" http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1843107635/sr=8-1/qid=1143901828/ref=pd_bbs_1/002-6905986-8244062?%5Fencoding=UTF8

If you needs any other advice let me know, we are in the UK by the way, but I should be able to point you in the right direction.

Good Luck

Caroline
