Thanks for posting this. It has a lot of useful responses to things the IEP team is likely to use as roadblocks.

Dont forget to click the link to the law that supports your response.

Everyone should keep in mind that the IEP team wants to do the right thing for each student, otherwise they would not come to work each day. (they just sometimes dont know what the best thing is, or they may not be explaining their intentions very well)
