Hello all,
I just came across a site for the Lindamood-Bell Learning Proccess Centers. They list quite a few locations in CA and other places. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about them. I am in the very southern part of MS. There isn't very much for services for Corrina. Lindermood-Bell does have a center in Mobile, about an hour away. They start with kids at age 5 yrs. and Corrina will be 5 in March. Let me know what any of you think. Thanks

you can buy training material on the net - via Gander - I guess a sister company of Lindamood Bell. Covers a variety of ability levels - you know what you need most for your child. Dr. Greenspan, recommends them and I think their material has helped my son. I would opt for home training work vs. traveling to centers. Your call - Good Luck !! Best, Heather

Heather,
Doyou have a web site for purchasing the training materials. I have taken Corrina out of the preschool program that she was in, and I will be home teaching her until I can find better services for her or she inproves enough to put back in the public school system. Thanks Nancy

www.lindamoodbell.com - 1800 233 1819. I don't know where your child is - but Cam is pretty high functioning - yet can always use help with language and conversation. Visualizing and Verbalizing is recommended for him. But I bet they can help you with the type of materials you would need on the phone or by reading more on their website. Do you know anything about Option Institute - SonRise program? We have run a playroom for Cammy for a while and have found it works miracles with him. www.option.org - sonrise program. Best of luck - Heather
