I have a four year old son, Christian, who is autistic. He was diagnosed at 34 months. We have went through early intervention and he is now in preschool. Christian is nonverble. He has both speech therapy and OT twice a week..... Christian also has a sleep disorder. He takes Colondine @ bed time to help him fall asleep...... Just recentaly he has become very hyper. To the point that we were concerned for his saftey. He has started taking risperdal once in the AM, for his hyperactivity. So far it has worked great. He's still active, but it has taken the "edge off"....... Along with Christian, I also have a two year old daughter, Courtney. She is great! No problems!
