Hi there,

As a teacher in a special school for children with SLDs, I am completing my MEd and have decided to look at the effectiveness of ICT as part of an intervention strategy for children with ASDs.

I would really love to hear from anyone who has a comment, experience, good link, etc. I feel ICT has great potential in assisting children and adults with ASDS.

I am finding it difficult to get hold of good up to date research or journals. I start my intervention strategy at the end of January with one child (as a case study) and I am will be very keen to share my findings with parents and professionals.

If you can be of any help, if you are a parent who has a query or would like to know more, or if you are just interested, like I am in the effectiveness of ICT with children who fall within the AS, then, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Happy New Year to you all.

I look forward to hearing from you (lblisabrown@hotmail.com).

Lisa,
ICT is one of the TLW's (three letter words) that I am unaware of. What exactly is ICT, I don't want to vote if it's something I am familiar with and waste my vote.
Thanks,
